Shoot for the moon

DSC_0069-thumb

I dusted off our old (and never used) Bresser 45-46000 telescope, and found when i detach my Nikon d3200’s lens I can use it on the focusser of the telescope to get some nice images.
Attached image is taken handholding the camera, this isn’t the best way (obviously) but I found a website that delivers some parts so I can really hook up my nikon to the telescope:

All I needed was the Nikon T2-Ring:

And a Bresser Camera adapter, to connect the T2-Ring and the focusser together:

I received the parts today, and will try to get some nice images when skies are clear.

Some great videos that helped me figure out how to use the equatorial mount telescope.
